Gena Tsietkov
It’s not comfortable to criticise someone’s work because Gena is a gifted young man and no doubt very clever. However, for me this kind of work is not really an act. His moves I found silly sometimes. It would have been different if he was a really good contemporary dancer, but he is not and that makes it work against him. I have become inpatient and bored half way.
Shenea Stiletto
I know Shenea’s act well because I booked her a few years ago in our show. She is actually classier and better than she looks in this video. She is a champion. I am not keen on the staging and lighting, but I am sure that she was asked to perform to it. Not a good video to sell the act. She is better than this. I would like to stage her act. The costume could be better as well. It’s not very exciting.
Duo Ogor
Quality work and I liked it very much. Perhaps the act could be more exciting. Not sure what to suggest. If it was one of their 2 or 3 acts I would snap them up immediately, but I am looking for acts for cruise ship and there is other work. As much as I liked the act it feels like something is not quite right something missing. My advise is to take note of feed backs and depends if there are plenty of work offers or not do something about it.
Svetlana Bakunova
Very nice, unusual and clean work. Not sure about the costume. Looks like rehearsal clothes. Same old problem if only there was an outstanding final trick. I like the act but is it enough?
Maksym & Denys
Technical work is top notch. The Chippendale look and the song “Feeling good” is ok but there must be a better song and style. Carry on doing what you are doing.
Vladislava Naraeva
The work is impressed me because it is high level. I would like to give contract to Vladislava just for the technique. She is great. The image is good, but something is not quite right and it doesn’t fit. Again the music, those of us who know why use Adams family music? If you want it quirky there is plenty of other music around. A few things need to be sorted and they are very important. Some changes could would turn it into a top act. May be she is already and doesn’t need my comments. ha ha
Duo Dolce Vita
The name is familiar. I have seen this act several times before on video. I think they are trying to be light hearted and funny. Is it funny, No. There wasn’t anything in the act that grabbed me in particular although the last trick was good and red instead of the usual white.. Sorry, but it just didn’t do it for me. However, I might be bias because for over a year now I have a young and dynamic quick change act in my show.
Sergey Kapranov
This video of the act was taken on a ship, but we don’t see any movement because the camera was on a tripod and the camera was moving exactly the same as the stage. I can assure you there was movement. Hand balancing and especial one arm is tricky with the slightest movement of the ship. The act was well executed. Perhaps a little bit slow and predictable. Not sure about the music.. Sergey looked competent and secure and that’s a good professional for me. There are a few similar acts around. Is Sergey the best of them? The answer is No. Why not? I would like something original so that the act stands out from the others.
