To all those who live from SHOW BUSINESS
This crisis is unprecedented because it is not a banking or financial crisis, which our economists are acquainted with and know how to model. There is an obvious lack of benchmarks, that’s why this crisis is unique!
Many of our political leaders have badly anticipated the Covid-19 health crisis. One would have to be naive to think that they will have control over the coming economic crisis.
I don’t want to be alarmist, but the economy is like a food chain. When a link in the chain breaks, the system no longer holds because the elements that compose it are interdependent. The crisis that affects us has broken several links and it will take time to find balance … Worse, the professionals will suffer more than non-professionals! In short, I hope I am wrong!
Finding balance will take time and no one knows how long. The efforts will have to be prioritized on the needs of first necessities … but unfortunately the shows is not a vital need. Anyway, some companies will die! In the show, those who will survive are those who will manage the crisis like a test of endurance. Marathon runners control their state of mind and control their resources, that’s how they pass the test.
Will we have to hold on or change jobs? We still need to be able to change… In any case, we are living in a very interesting period because we are discovering how those who govern us, as well as ourselves, react to a new challenge.
This new crisis scary because we mainly see the problems, but we do not see the good opportunities …
So I will end with two things:
– In this changing world, we have new opportunities
– What is offered to us is also the opportunity to change the world.
